If you have any questions with one of the registration items, look for the help icon for additional information. Please note that the information we collect on your business during the registration process serves quality purposes only. Be assured that the information you provide will not be shared with any third party. Usernames and passwordsYou can define your own username and password, we recommend using your email address as your logon id. Passwords should be atleast 6 characters in length. Safeguard your password information at all times. Lost PassswordsLost passwords can be recoverd by following the link on the login screen or by contacting us at 1 800 474 4547 End User Authentication We safeguard the integrity of our business and our customers businesses by authenticating all users that register with the site. If you are not already a known customer of Assembléon, We will need a little extra time to set up your account and process your registration. Your registration may be delayed during this time. The two easiest methods for finding parts are to look within the directory for the particular machine type or to use the 12nc in the search box. Search Criteria Using names like valve or sensor may lead to ambiguous returns with many items to choose from. Narrow your search by using unique parameters such as : - The last 5 digits of the part number
- The part manufacturers name or value of the item.
- Can’t find an item? Tell us what you are looking for and we can add it to the site.
Adding, removing and changing quantities in your cart. Items can be added by selecting the “Add to Cart” icon located on every item. Removing Items or changing quantities in your cart To remove an item from your cart, open your cart by using the “Show Cart/Check Out” link. You can remove by using the “Remove Item” ICON Checking Out When you are ready to check out and finalize your order, select the Show Cart/Checkout link and verify the contents of your order. To continue, use the “Confirm Order” link located at the bottom of the page.  Minimum Order Requirements Our minimum order is $200.00 the “Confirm Order” icon will not appear below the minimum requirement amount. Selecting a shipping address You will find the Billing and shipping addresses located at the bottom of the conformation page. You have three choices for selecting a shipping address. -
Use your billing address (Default) -
Create a new Shipping Address -
Select a Shipping Address from one that you have previously created. Selecting a shipping carrier  Select any carrier you want. If you do not see the carrier you want to use, Select the “Assembléon Shipping Department” option and make a note in the comments box on the last page of the checkout process. Finalizing your order Use the comments box for providing special instructions and Purchase Order numbers. We cannot ship any order without a valid PO or Credit card number. The last step click the confirm order button at the bottom of the page. Returning or cancelling Orders For returning or canceling orders, please contact us at 1 800 474 4547 to obtain a Return Authorization number (RMA). Account Maintenance Under the Account maintenance you have the ability to change your user shipping and billing sddresses and view your order history. -
