Planned Maintenance and Calibration Service 

Return machines to original specifications and protect your valuable assets 

Assembléon engineers will perform a major planned maintenance service. Service includes a specially developed part kit to replaced required wear items and consumables. If necessary, a full head rebuild and/or minor repairs are also performed. After maintenance, the machine will be fully calibrated to stated specifications. 

Benefits of the Assembléon planned maintenance and calibration service:

• Addressing lingering repair issues will improve machine performance and speed
• Calibrating equipment improves placement quality and reduces scrap and rework
• Eliminates the need for calibration training and tooling

**Note: Airfare, if required, will be billed at actual rate in addition to the PM & Calibration rates shown.
