Area CCD Camera for Topaz-XII and Opal-XII

Extend component range capabilities

Area CCD camera and side illumination lighting enables BGA and uBGA recognition. Also allows for placement of fine pitch, tall and large components. Choose the 32 mm camera for placing components up to 32 mm square or the 44 mm camera for components up to 44 mm square.

This upgraded configuration will place:

•·         Tall components - up to 14mm tall

•·         Fine pitch components

•6 mm - 32 mm SOP, SOJ, PLCC, QFP (pin pitch down to 0.4 mm)

•32 mm - 45 mm SOP, SOJ, PLCC, QFP (pin pitch down to 0.5 mm)

•·         BGA uBGA

•Dark background BGA, μBGA, CSP with regular pitches down to 0.5mm

•6 mm - 45 mm: min. ball diameter down to 0.3 mm
